Dont Forget the Glue

When selecting a team (lets say 10 players) often the first 7-8 players are fairly obvious. I cant think of a year where I have only been able to identify 5 definite selections.
What will cause you headaches (in selection and possibly in the future) is the final 1-2 players to fill out the squad.
