Big

I have used this play for a few years now after picking it up from Douglas Courtney with the NZ U14 Koru (Development) Team in 2004 who were at the time the first NZ team in 10 years to make the grand final at the Country Cup held in Aubury/Wodonga.

2 and 3 Interchange from one wing to the other by swinging under the hoop.

1 passes the ball to 2.

4 takes one step towards 1 and sets a UCLA screen.

1 cuts on the ball side to the block.

3 creates lead through a V-Cut and 5 pins 3's defender.

4 steps out for reversal and then relays the ball to 3 on the wing.

Option one is to get the ball inside.

Possible Variations: If 5's defender becomes tied up or loses focus from screening action 5 can slip behind or duck in for high/low from 4.

After ball reversal 2 & 4 set stagger screen for 1.
