You are on the road down by two points with 8 seconds left, your ball at halfcourt after a time out. Do you go for the 3pt shot and the win or the two and overtime?

The very first Hoopshelp Coaching Clinic has been confirmed and will be held at the Frankston & District Basketball Association Sunday 24 August. We are excited to announce that NBL South Dragons Assistant Coach Guy Molloy and Former WNBL Assistant Coach and Current Vic Metro Head Coach Marissa Fillipou are set to feature in what promises to be a great afternoon of basketball teaching.

First installment of Drills added in four categories: Dribbling, Passing, Shooting and Defence with five drills in each so far. Over the coming weeks the drill list will expand quickly to the first 100 that I have compiled.
